I'll be ok

是的,我已經策動我的馬拉松訓練計劃。本周,繼續練習新的距離,目標是由上周的每天6km加至7km


天,多跑1km速加快,只比平日多花了一分鐘。很滿意,感到身體每個細胞的持續脱變。今晚練波,狀態很好,控球和回防能力感到提升。


可惜,再一樂極生悲。

距離上打爆鼻到一周,再一次在球場上扭柴,再一地上,不能移動。


痛。

很痛。

就是沒眼淚。

就是不怕受傷。

哈, 謝謝。

放心好了,我不是在放電,而是不斷為我的人生充電。滿有力量的。

反而,今天不能跑步或不能打波,反而係放電中。幸好,我還有音樂和書本。
